In place of the Gunar Estonians, THE Members' lines took Rita Tērauda

On October 7, Mr Gunārs igaunis (“the new unity”, the movement “FOR”, the Latgale party) was appointed by a Member of the Rēzekne District Council. In accordance with the law, if a Member has placed his mandate, then the next elected Member of the same representation shall take effect. According to the results of the Rēzekne District Council, a Rita Tērauda, who agreed to take up duties, was invited instead of a member of the Gunar Estonians. As provided for by law, the mandate shall enter into force at the first meeting of the Council, to which the invited Member is present. Consequently, Rita Steel's mandate entered into force on 21 October.
