Street sports festival Audriņu at primary school

On 18 June, the EVENT “street sports games Audriņu in primary school” took place at THE Audriņu stadium. The first phase of the event was implemented by participating in the project competition announced by the Ministry of Education of Rezekne for young people on funding for youth initiative projects. An aid of eur 330 was obtained for the implementation of this project. The remaining amount was co-financed from the school budget. The aim of the project competition was to support activities for more successful integration of youth in political, economic, social and cultural processes in the Rezekne municipality, while the aim of our action is to organise events AT Audriņu primary school for active, efficient and healthy leisure of young people of Rezekne.
Non-governmental organisations, youth centres, youth clubs, pupils self-government and youth informal interest groups were invited to participate in the first phase of the event.
The necessary procurement works were carried out for the implementation of the project – the necessary inventory, materials and stationery goods, commissioned medals, diplomas and afish, which, in collaboration with Ivanu Putin, a specialists of young people of THE Audriņu parish, was sent to the Rēzekne municipality's youth affairs specialists, while, with the help of the sports school teacher Yesenija Masaļska and Rezekne's sports school, the school sports teachers were informed.
Two weeks of preparation for the event were also considered for activities that will be implemented during the event. The street sports festival programme was quite dazzling and wide - striped 3 x 3, beach volleyball, street football 3 x 3, hand-breaking competition, cyclist race, skateboard and roller skates competition, shooting competitions, resistance to resistance, table tennis and novo competitions. Each member from 7 to 18 years of age was able to choose his own activity, try his strength, develop his sporting skills and skills in both team and individual competitions. The participants had arrived in large friendly teams from Shergans, Dricāniem, Tiskides and Silmalas, and, of course, local athletic people also participated in this event.
Thank all sporting participants who took part in the street sports festival AT Audriņu in elementary school despite the hot sun! You made this sporting event interesting and emotionally rich, sporting, but still friendly!
The second phase of the initiative project “street sports games Audriņu primary school” is planned to be implemented in August. Of course, participants and teams who participated, and also sporting actors and teams who did not participate in the first phase, would be expected.
