IN MEMORANDUM. Bicane (24.03.1958-23.12 .2020)

On the eve of Christmas, Rēzekne's council, President of the Chair of the Orphan's Court, Verham's primary school teacher, Bicane.

For the last months of his life, A.bicane worked as Chairman OF the Rēzekne District COURT Dricānu Orphan's Court, until he was Vice-President. Until the reorganisation of the Orphan's Courts (until 01.06.2009) - the Chairperson of THE Orphan's Court OF the municipality of Rezekne.

The day of the daylight was closely related to the children – both by explaining the fundamentals of chemistry and geography for the pupils and by defending the rights and interests of the children of living children – orphans and disadvantaged families – in the work of the Orphan's Court. The work, which was not simple, required much patience, energy, and was often ungrateful. Amazing was the ability of the daylight to solve even severe conflict situations constructively, maintaining impartiality and human love. The work of a colleague is highly positive, both as a manager and a co-worker, with whom he could speak and find a solution in complex, sometimes hopeless cases. The ears of all her life kept her optimism and the joy of her life, never harder or dissatisfied, she had a great sense of humor and her ability to smile at herself.

Every summer in the dawn, the flowers flower like botanical garden, pink tomatoes like nowhere else, exotic room flowers pleased with unusual ointment flowers. The garden was left without his own. However, it must be believed that the seeds she has sowed in the lives of the people will be green and carry fruit for a long time.
