On October 5, Osvalds Salman, head of the Latvian People's Front Rēzekne Division, Latvian Patriot, Latvian and Zemgale. Born, raised and lived IN Rikavas parish “Dagumnia”.
Osvald was in the first lines so that the hard wheel of history would begin to turn to struggle for our country's independence to show and proud red-white red-white flags above the parish buildings.
