Activities of the “Latvian School Finish” initiative at the New Virgin School

As part of the Latvian School Finish, Latvia continues to actively use the national centenary gift for Latvian children and young people this year – the opportunity to explore various Latvian cultural and artistic sectors.
At the start of the school year, all students and classmates of classes 1-8 went to Dagda to visit “Kroma colna turolists”. It is the only association of Latgale history activists and reconstructors, studying the ancient history and culture of Latgale, organising live history events, demonstrating unique, magnificent and diverse rotas and sagging, the equipment of ancient soldiers, weapons, the art of fighting and living so that every interested person acquires the idea of the ancient latex values, time and space of the time.
Our students also had the opportunity to look at the battle of ancient soldiers and fighting weapons, contemplating it and getting into the role of soldiers struggling with each other, as well as walking the Krome Hill latmeat palace with all the fortifying structures of that time.
We later went to Kraslava at Latgale ceramic vald Paulina, who owns a workshop and an exhibition of ceramic works that differs from other forms and decorations of his own municipality. The pupils were able to participate in the ceramic production process and the cooking process, buy masters and souvenirs, and make a whistle in their hands.
On the way home, we drove into the field of Andrupenes and took a trail of marshes, where the kindness leads to low-priced pine marshes. His scent is gently dizzy. As he walked through the courtesy, he could see the vegetation of the swamp, represented by mineral substances, the moss sphags, the magenta Spilves, the cranberries, the poly-leaf Andromeda, the chicken, the fowls. A round-leaf witch was waiting for his robbery.
