How do i choose the direction of the profession?
Rezekne takes up secondary school for pupils' parents on 12 March at 17.30 online with European Social Fund Project No 8.3.5.0/16/I/001 “Career support in general and vocational education institutions” within the framework, a seminar is organised “how to choose the direction of the profession?” This seminar will reveal new knowledge of the types of personalities that will provide explanations to parents and teachers about which directions of professions might be suitable for people of a particular nature.
We'll learn to recognize by behavior and visually different people, learn the knowledge that motivates and democrates specific types of personality. We'll find out how different the world is and that older children are completely different than they do.
Let us discuss how this knowledge can help to determine the direction of the profession.
This is the most requested seminar among parents and young people, as it helps to discover why there is sometimes no collaboration between children, parents or teachers, and why children do not choose what parents recommend. After lecturing, parents will be able to get answers to questions about the choice of a child's profession.
Workshop structure:
- Lecture “how to choose the direction of the profession?” Explanations for parents and young people, how to read test results. Explanations of nature combinations, their strengths and areas of development.
- Individual conversations are offered after a joint seminar - 8 individual online conversations after the previous record (video call). Each lesson 15 minutes.
Tests must be carried out before the activity is carried out, which must be completed electronically and returned. Then, on the basis of the test results, the directions of the profession in the individual conversation (video call) will be explained. The common principles of test results will be explained in the lecture.
The first eight to apply for individual negotiations will receive more in-depth explanations.
