Career development support event “topi about masters”

On 2 May, the 5 th grade school students of the Primary School of Verthema 8.3.5.0/16/I/001 “career support in general and vocational education institutions” in the municipality of Dagda municipality of Dagda. Our goal was to get acquainted with the cultivation of tree plants. “Nursery” curls “offers quality birch, spruce plants grown from seed of the highest quality“ Latvian State Forests ”. 3 greenhouses are located in its territory. The knowledgeable owners of the nursery, who continue to work in several generations, were introduced by the pupils to the cultivation traditions of tree plants (birch and spruce). They were all surprised by the large volume of plants grown in the year. Students were given the opportunity to operate themselves. When the box was prepared, the ground was smoothed, the birch seed could be taken and sown from the top. Then it had to be patched and scattered with vermiculitis so that the seeds did not die. The pupils watched modern watering equipment, tractories as well as hand-to-hand work. He knew how hard this work was, which sometimes starts at six o'clock in the morning and last night.
The pupils were interesting. It was not even the small foundry that slept every time. This day was really successful, and we all felt happy and pleased that we knew so much new. The memories from this journey will be planted to our house and school little Berzins given to us by the nursery.
