From December 5, THE Lūznavas post office starts working in new premises IN Lūznavas parish administration
As of December 5, 2019, the Lūznavas post office of Rezekne municipality will begin work on new premises in Castle Street 6, where THERE is also Lūznavas parish administration. The new premises are located near the current location and the mail service will be easily combined with the visit of other institutions.
The current Lūznavas post office space in Raznas Street 1 is considered unsatisfactory for both customers and employees to receive and provide postal services. Therefore, a decision to change the premises was taken, starting from 5 December at a nearby address at the street street 6.
The new premises are convenient and repaired and are intended for customers to have access to open-type press publications and other items, allowing a transparent selection of the required purchase. A ramp is built at the new premises to ensure full access to young parents with children's carriages and customers with reduced mobility.
THE POST office of THE Lūznavas post office will remain unchanged at the new address: the post office will work on Mondays from 8.15 to 11.45, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 12.45, while on Fridays from 8.15 to 13.45
Latvian Mail has been actively implementing customer service improvement projects in postal chapters in recent years, often co-operating with local governments and ensuring the restoration of department premises for both customers and employees in building a more friendly environment.
