Ozolaine's sweets of this year - “honey festival”

One of the main EVENTS of THE year'S Ozolaines parish cultural life - Ozolaines parish festival - is traditionally celebrated in August. This year, we gave the festival the name of “honey festival” as a honour that Ozolaines parish lives and manages a pretty crowd of bitenieks.
All festivals were celebrated by the festival “talismani” - two big bees. The theme of honey was played and presented in a variety of ways, allowing visitors to meet the therapeutic properties of honey, to use them in the beauty area, to taste honey in food and beverages, and to make some creative work on the subject. AT Ozolaines parish honey presentation in the tent, anyone could make a variety of honey scraps for the body's well-being and a Saturday evening sauna for joy, THE Ozolaines parish club, “fire”, respected visitors with honey snack and allowed the tasting of a variety of cooked honey drinks, the bartender at Eleen's beverage stand, everyone could take part in a masterpiece - how to prepare flavour, healthy honey drinks and cocktails that would taste big and small, and take a recipe for the most flavoured drink.
Under the direction of the folklore “Zealand”, stakeholders were able to solve the inventiveness of honey-songs, as well as to meet the wonderful properties of bee propolis and bee bread, of course also tasting these products. It was also possible to purchase the famous parish confectioner's honey cake and other masterpieces in the honey tent. But the smallest ones could be painting bees, solving the labyrinth, where the beet must find the honey pot, make their own bees, and at the end also receive a bee candy grateful for a well-done work. It was also a pleasure for children to have a face-to-face workshop, where they were drawn, of course, by bees. In the event of the event, everyone had the opportunity to participate in the painting activity of a large festive drawing, and it is delighted to admit that the drawing was indeed painted to the end and that it is now possible to find a place where it will be exhibited permanently. Another festival also ran for honey caramel preparation workshop Maltas under the guidance of D.A.D.Incorporated.
In the SIA “Puordare” paper casting workshop, anyone could meet the paper making process and create a decorative sheet of paper on the spot. The artist at Nandita Kirejeva's Stand was the corner of Ozolaines parish fans, where it was possible to make a fantasy flask and create a beautiful decorative frame, the centre of which was one of THE most beautiful views OF Ozolaines parish, fixed in the photographer of the Rēzekne municipality in the autumn of last year.
Festival special visitors - National Fire and Rescue Service and National Guard 3. Latgale Brigade soldiers - invited to get acquainted with the work of their services, the equipment used in the work, weapons. The National Guard soldiers invited both to look at weapons and equipment and to find out about the possibilities of becoming a national guardsman or professional service soldier.
Ozolaines parish festivals are traditionally also sporting events, so, in parallel with honey joys, special guest presentations and other interesting workshops, both the volleyball tournament “Beku bomb” and sports games were held during the event, in which participants had to deal with eight different types of relay. However, the event was opened for the third year in a row with a high-heated shoe running around the big Bex pond. This time, the courage to participate was only a witch team from Vērēmu parish, who had been in this run for a second year. Last year, the team was amazed with exotic fruit and exotic fruit, but this year the ladies came to the event, dressed in witch costumes, and each of their brooms had a familiar autobrand symbol, making the overall image even more original. Annie Guanne, the most recent member of the race, became the persuasive winner. After the high-heeled shoe run and the awarding ceremony, the witches were full of strength and enthusiasm and went into the new “startups”, as the witches had done. They managed to create a “gateway” for the cabins who drove past Bex village on this day, even five wedding columns were stopped on the highway, which had to deal with a number of tasks and, of course, have a permit for a further way, delighting the witches with a “bribe”.
A volleyball tournament “Backball bomb 2018”, organised by the association “Lobs lobby” in the framework of the youth initiative project and supported by the Rēzekne municipality's municipal education administration, applied for 8 youth teams. Unfortunately, the day of the event was slow and the final result was only 5 teams – a real volleyball enthusiastic that was not scared by the rain. BJSS coach Oscar Krukovsky was the leader of the match. After an intense four-hour fight, the tournament ended with the following results: 1 st place for the team “SEE Spider” (Rezekne), 2 nd place for team “Feimaņi” (Feimaņi), 3 rd place for the “gepardi” team (Rezekne). “Rittle” and “Rittle barbaric” were summed up with recognition articles in favour of the game. On the other hand, two teams, “Barbie Team” and “Ozolaines stars”, participated in sports games this year. In the semi-serious, half-irrational, athletic team match and inventive disciplines, the team “Ozolaines stars” became the winner, while the second prize was received by the “Barbie Team” team. The participants of all sporting activities received medals and prizes, while in the final Ozolaines parish club “fire” of the People's House, the ladies had taken care of all athletes and supporters on a fire-shaped soup.
The event also took PLACE ON THE tasting of the honey harvested IN Ozolaines parish bees, the purpose of which was to determine who was THE longest honey of Ozolaines parish. Four Ozolaines parish Bitenieki submitted their bees to the tasting competition. Each honey was put in absolute equal dishes without distinguishing marks, and everyone had the chance to come, taste all four types of honey and vote for what seemed the most delicious and best. As a result of the vote on “Ozolaines parish honest honey 2018”, the parish oldest bitener Antoņina Blackevich honey was recognised. Mrs Antoņin celebrated the 90-year anniversary this year, but still not only cares about bees, but even goes after them in the tree if a bee family has gone away.
As well as this year, THE Rēzekne municipality and the artisanal trade “Lobs Lobam” were also held at Ozolaines parish, where it was possible to purchase both plaited baskets and cooked soap, leather products, toys for children, plants, of course honey and more.
In the evening, the activities of the day were closed by a festival concert, which was discovered by sportsmen of Latvian street gymnastics associations, amazing the viewers with their abilities and mastery, which resulted from many centuries of training, as well as showing the possibilities of spending free time for young people. As a follow-up to bees and honey songs, the crowd was pleased BY THE “Zyle” of THE parish folklore of Ozolaines, but THE dance of Feimaņu dances “carameles” took place with dance. Both sportsmen and Ozolaines parish honey took place within the framework of the event, as well as the award of the “summoned parish” competition. The titles “the most convenient and hostile guest house IN Ozolaines parish 2018” was won by Julia Colesnikova's guest house “Salāji”, while the title of “Ozolaines parish parish parish” was received by Birutas and Aivars Buharinos. The two winners in the prizes received the plates with the titles in question, which would henceforth be the homes of the owners. Another special guest arrived at the festival, Teddy, because where the honey and bees are, there must be a bear. The culmination of the concert became a foam of the foam of Ozolaines parish traditions, giving a great deal of pleasure to the small festival celebrators.
On 11 August, the Latvian 100-year-old, also Ozolaines parish, agreed with all Latvia in the event “100-year green-ball”, which marks a significant reference point - 100 days to the 100 th anniversary of Latvia. Unfortunately, it has also become a tradition that IN THE parish of Ozolaines parish is the rain that reaches the evening, so that the green-ball had to be moved to the folk of the People's House. The ball with the group “calf” took place indoors, but those who were not afraid of the rain could be warmed in an outdoor bath in the cuble, watching and counting the falling stars, because, as you know, August is a month of star fall.
Thanks to all those who were not in the rain, as well as the whole range of festivals that took place on that day, they chose to be pleased at THE parish of Ozolaines parish. Thank everyone who was involved in the celebration of the festival, both THE Ozolaines parish administration, the people of the People's House, as well as the wonderful volunteer team! The parish festival is celebrated, but we will now begin to prepare for the celebrations of the centenary of Latvia, which will be launched at midnight of 17 November 2018, so that all together they can celebrate the country's important anniversary.
