On the approval of the price list of agricultural land rental services in possession or possession of a local government in rural parishes of the “Kaunata parish association”
On July 1, 2018, Cabinet Regulation No. 350 “Regulations of Land Rental and Building Rights of a Public Person” entered into force. These Regulations prescribe the procedures for the lease of an immovable property belonging to a public person or a part thereof, and its exceptions, the procedures for calculating rent fees, as well as certain conditions to be included in the contract type contract.
Sub-paragraph 30.4 of these Regulations shall determine if a non-built land is leased in the case referred to in Sub-paragraphs 29.5, 29.6, 29.7, 29.8, 29.9 and 29.10 of these Regulations, the lease fee shall be determined in accordance with the approved lease service price list approved by the Cabinet, the local government council, another derived public person or capital company of the capital company, which has been determined by taking into account the market rent determined by an independent valuer, or the market rent determined by an independent valuer (but it shall not be less than the market rent referred to in Paragraph 5 of these Regulations, i.e., 28 EUR).
Taking into account the quality of the parcels to be leased in THE Kaunatas parish association, the areas of parcels, placement, encumbrances, etc., in accordance with the conditions of the third paragraph of Cabinet Regulation No. 350 “Land lease and building rights of the public person”, as a result of the price survey, an independent certification of the certified valuer was carried out, determining the determination of the rental fees of the local government in the parish of THE units of THE parish association Kaunatas parish.
On 27 May 2021, the “Kaunatas parish association” of the municipality of Rēzekne was received ON 25 May 2021 “VCG expert group”, tail Nr.LV 40003554692, registered office: Kr. Barona street 31, Riga, LV – 1011, assessment “for the determination of the market rent in the territory of the“ Kaunatas parish association ”of agricultural land”.
On 17 June 2021, the municipality of Rēzekne Municipality approved the price list of the land lease services of the municipality owned or held by the municipality IN the parish of THE units of THE parish association Kaunatas (1 ha/year, excluding VAT):

In view of the characteristics of the land to be leased, the adjustment factor of the leasing charges shall be applied as a percentage:
- intermediate land -251 TP1T,
- non-cultivated, swamp ground -351 TP1T.
VAT and real estate tax are not included in the land lease.
The price list of the land lease service fee shall be valid for 6 (six) years and shall be applicable in the parish of units of THE Kaunatas parish association, the price list shall take effect and shall be applicable with the date of adoption of the decision of the council.
