On the approval of the price list of agricultural land rental services in possession or possession OF a local government Maltas in the parish of administrative units of the association
On 1 July 2018, Cabinet Regulation No. 350 “Regulations of Land Rental and Construction Rights of a Public Person” (hereinafter, Regulations) entered into force. These Regulations prescribe the procedures for the lease of an immovable property belonging to a public person or a part thereof, and its exceptions, the calculation of the calculation of the lease mass, as well as certain conditions to be included in the contract type contract.
Sub-paragraph 30.4 of these Regulations shall determine if a non-built land is leased in the case referred to in Sub-paragraphs 29.5, 29.6, 29.7, 29.8, 29.9 and 29.10 of these Regulations, the lease fee shall be determined in accordance with the approved lease service price list approved by the Cabinet, a local government council, another derived public person or capital company of a capital company, which has been determined taking into account the market rent determined by an independent valuer, (but it shall not be less than the amount referred to in Paragraph 5 of these Regulations, i.e. 28 EUR).
In view of the quality of the plots of land to be leased BY THE management of THE Maltas association, the areas of parcels, the indicators of their placement, the encumbrances, etc., according to the conditions of the third paragraph of Cabinet Regulation No. 350 “Land lease and building rights of the public person”, the price survey resulted in an independent assessment of the certified valuer, determining the rent of the agricultural land owned or managed by the local government IN the parish of THE administrative unit OF THE association Maltas.
On 19 April 2022, the municipality of Rēzekne, in the administration of THE municipality OF Rēzekne Maltas, received a meeting of 13 April 2022 “VCG expert group”, tail Nr.LV 40003554692, registered office: Kr. Barona street 31, Riga, LV – 1011, (Chairman of the Board, LIV Professional Qualification Certificate No. 92, the assessment of a certified valuer Peter Strautman “for the establishment of the market rent in the territory of the“ Maltas association of agricultural land ”in the territory of the units”.
On 5 May 2022, the municipality of Rēzekne Municipality approved the price list of the land lease services of the municipality owned or managed by the municipality IN the parish of THE administrative unit OF THE association Maltas (1 ha/year).

In view of the characteristics of the land to be leased, the adjustment factor of the leasing charges shall be applied as a percentage:
- intermediate land -251 TP1T,
- non-cultivated, swamp ground -351 TP1T.
VAT and real estate tax are not included in the land lease.
The price list of the land lease service fee shall be valid for 6 (six) years and shall be applicable in the parish of the management units of THE Maltas association, the price list shall take effect and shall be applicable with the date of adoption of the decision of the council.
