Notification regarding the reorganisation of the Orphan's Courts of Rezekne

As from 1 January 2022, the Orphan's Orphan's Court, Maltese Orphan's Court and Vilnius District Courts are reorganised and a new institution is commenced in place thereof – the Orphan's Court of Rezekne (justification: decision No. 75 of the Rēzekne District Council of 4 November 2021) (Protocol No. 6, § 9) “regarding the establishment of the Orphan's Court of Rezekne”).

Until the end of the emergency situation, the Orphan's court will continue to accept customers on the spot only after prior notice!

The fulfilment of the certification and the fulfilment of other tasks will not be performed until 14 January 2022, with the exception of the powers, the content of which is related to ensuring the representation of the child, the organisation of urgent livelihoods of the population, the settlement of health issues.
