Notification regarding the approval of the spatial plan of the Rezekne District and the issuance of binding regulations
On 1 October 2020, the Rēzekne municipality council adopted Decision No 25 (§ 1) “on the approval of the final version of the Rēzekne District Planning and the Environmental Review and the adoption of binding Regulation No 69“ Provisions for the use and construction of the site of the Rēzekne District Planning Territory and the graphical part ”.

We draw your attention to the fact that in accordance with Section 25 of the Territorial Development Planning Law, binding regulations are not enforceable until the notification of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development has been received. This MAY be transmitted within three months, in accordance with Article 27. Until the commencement of the implementation of the binding regulations, the local government shall apply binding regulations approving the previous spatial plan.
