Polish journalists welcome Latgale tourism offer

The development of the tourism sector depends on a number of factors, one of which is the targeting of targeted destination in the foreign market, which is an integral part of the success of the sector. In order to introduce Latgale tourism offer, in cooperation with THE LATVIAN Tourism Department and Latgale Tourism Association, visits of journalists of various countries are planned and organised. On 6-7 September that year, Latgali was visited by a team of Polish journalists in the four-man composition - Grzegorz Skrzypak “Media net”, Vojceh Lubinsky (Wojciech Lubiński) “Read and Fly”, Alicia Cembrowska (Alicja Cembrowska) “NaTemat.pl”, Tomasz Derezynski (Tomasz Dereszyński) “Polska the Times”. 
The journalists visited the sites of Rezekne Municipality - a recreational complex at the Lake Razna Lake “Ezerkrasti” and the cultural site Lūznavas Manor, as well as the city of Rezekne, Preilus, Aglona, Kraslava, Malnavu.
After visits, journalists shared their thoughts and emotions with readers, inviting them to go to see Latgale. The journalists welcomed the tourist offer in Latgale and showed an interest to come back and explore other tourism opportunities in the region.

Another visit to Latvian journalists and Estonian Instagram Delfi.ee influencera is also planned in Latgale this year.
Journalists' visits are organised in cooperation with Latgale tourism association, Latgale tourism centres, tourism service providers and Latvian Investment and Development Agency (LIAA).
