Information to be published regarding the conclusion of the Land Rental Agreement IN THE parish OF Rikavas

The unit “Dricānu parish association” of the municipality of Rezekne states that “Rikavas parish administration” declares that, on the basis of the decision of the Rēzekne District Council of 19 March 2020 “on the extension of the period of operation of the Land Rental Agreement No 165/885 of 25 April 2014 and a new version of the contract” (Protocol No 8.30), the land lease contract No 8.7.1/205 was concluded on 1 April 2020, by transferring the land unit with cadastre designation 7882 001 0033 -5,3 ha, with a lease fee of EUR 426,59 (excluding VAT) and a land unit with a cadastre designation of EUR 7882 001 0120-1.1 ha with a lease fee of EUR 88,55 (excluding VAT). The Agreement shall enter into force on 24.4.2019 and shall be valid until 23.04.2031.
