Cleaning the swimming areas of Lake Razna

As the swimming season continues, more and more people who want to swim go to Lake Rāzna. Sometimes people find untidy beaches. The municipality wishes to remind that the bathing sites belonging to the municipality of Rezekne Parish are regularly cleaned, followed by their facilities and the quality of the water. It should be noted that most of Razna Lake's surroundings are privately owned, the municipality of Rezekne calls on their owners to clean up their coasts.

After enjoying water, we ask you to collect things, discard the waste in the places that are intended for it. A request not to pollute water, do not leave unsorted fire places without breaking and damaging the courtesy, dressing rooms, benches, biotoilets and other equipment. Head of the Administrative Inspectorate of Rezekne parish Vija Netle-Galeja notes: “The Rēzekne District Administrative Inspectorate has surveyed all available bathing sites on the banks of Razna Lake several times. Overall, the beaches are packed. Mostly disorder in beaches is created by holidaymakers. Non-aggregated beaches are predominantly found in private property. But by warning the owner and carrying out preventive work, the disorder is usually avoided. '

Rēzekne municipality is located in the municipality of Razna Lake: Čornajas parish beach in Dukstigala, Kaunatas parish beach at Vilkukov, Kaunatas parish beach in Asticos, Lipušku parish beach in Lipuškos.
