The most active and sporting young people in the Rēzekne municipality meet in Lendes
In spite of the hot sun beams, the Rēzekne municipality of Rēzekne met AT Lendžu parish in Riga on 18 August, where the annual “Rēzekne Municipality Day 2022” was held. This year, 14 teams of the most active and sporting young people participated in the event.
As a result of a successful start, teams of six young people went to test their forces and enlightenment in six team disciplines – lasertag, Everest, shooting, tourist camp, Slackline and relay. The winner team was the one who, in accordance with the rules, made all the staples quicker and got the best results. A youth team from Gaigalavas parish, leaving the team from Lendžiem and Viļāniem, was the most enthusiastic and most sporting leader of the Rēzekne municipality.
In sporting different disciplines, participants and team supporters were able to verify their accuracy in individual disciplines such as shooting shots, Slackline, arc shooting and power tasks.
To make this day brighter and memorable, each event participant had the opportunity to visit creative workshops.
On the evening of the Youth Day, the evening festival “GenZ [i]” was also held, in which young people met the social networking stars Felipi Gabriel and dione Liepiņš, laughing inspiration from their stories. At the end of the evening, the heat could be dragged into a party party!
At the end of the youth day, a quasi-drinking competition was traditionally held, where “Quasi-Kvasisti” was established, as well as the eating competitions where the “fastest eating” was established.
Thank you very much FOR Lendžu parish management, youth worker Dainai Jogota on the taking of a youth day 2022 event, Maltas BJC youth worker Inta Bulei and the young girl Inese Kaidai for driving creative workshops, DJ Dalai for the stylish musical accompaniment of all day, volunteers and Rezekne municipality youth workers who participated in the organisation and implementation of the event!
