Municipality of Rezekne announces open competition to THE position of the head of THE PRE-school educational institution OF Silmalas

Requirements for applicants:

• the applicant shall not be subject to In the Law of Education and The Law on the Protection of the Rights of the Child restrictions on working as a teacher;
• education corresponds to In the Law of Education and Cabinet regulations regarding education and vocational qualification and professional development procedures necessary for teachers the requirements laid down;
• national language knowledge at the highest level in accordance with National Language Law requirements and knowledge of at least one official language of the European Union to the extent necessary for professional activities;
• at least three years of pedagogical work experience in education or educational management work; experience will be seen as an advantage in the management work of the pre-school educational institution;
• knowledge of education content and development issues;
• knowledge and skills in the field of pre-school education content and methodology;
• management skills, ability to motivate employees and work in a team;
• excellent communication, cooperation and presentation skills;
• skills of the use of good information technologies;
• good analytical capacity, precision and a high sense of responsibility.

Documents to be submitted:

• application (Form);
• brief description of life and work Europass CV form;
• copies of documents certifying education and formal qualifications;
• description prepared by the applicant – vision of THE activities and development directions of THE Silmalas pre-school educational institution (maximum number of characters in 3500);
• other documents certifying the qualifications and abilities of the applicant, which are relevant for the post of a pre-school principal.

Silmalas for the head of the pre-school educational institution will be determined in accordance with Annex 1, Table 3 of Regulation No 445 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Cabinet of Ministers of 05.07.2016 “Regulations for Payment of Pedagogists” 
Applicants may submit documents to THE office of the head of THE 1 TP54T pre-school educational institution by 20 March 2020. 12.00:
in working days from 8.00 to 12.00 16.30 in a personally closed envelope for the 17 th office of the municipality of Rezekne; release alley 95A, Rezekne;
