As usual, the August conference celebrates the school leaders for whom it is the first school year in Rezekne municipality. This time, the congratulations of the Rēzekne municipality, and the congratulations of his colleagues, were received by Alīna Gendele, Director of the new Kaunatas High School. The previous school director, Skaidrīte Uzulina, had decided to move to work closer to the place of residence, so a call for a Kaunatas secondary school was announced. Among the five applicants was Alīna Gendele, whose candidacy, when assessing education, the current work experience, THE Kaunatas secondary school development strategy and the discussion in the work interview, was recognised by the Commission as the best.
Alinas Gendeles's pedagogical service is more than 35 years since 1980, when he began working as a teacher at Ludza High School. She then worked as director of the Ludza Sports School for 25 years, and from 2010 to 2017 was the Chairman of the Ludza District Council, as well as the last three years of Latgale Planning Region, as President of the Council of Development. Alīna Gendele admitted that when she started this school year she felt excited, like the small first-class men who had just started to take the first steps in education, but the support of colleagues and the good words would be a encouragement to continue the STORY of THE Kaunatas secondary school of the predecessors.
Congratulations were also received BY Kaunatas PII manager Sandra Washa, who recently celebrated a beautiful anniversary.
Janis Troška, executive director of the municipality of Rezekne, thanked the school leaders for the great work done in preparing the training institutions for the new school year. A week before the 1 st September, the nature was an unpleasant surprise, the long-standing rays have washed many roads in Rezekne's municipality, but the executive director of the municipality promised to do everything possible so that the pupils of the pupils could take the children to the school.
The President of the Rēzekne District Council, the Chairman OF the Standing Committee on Education, Culture and Sport, GAVE THE teachers a greater focus on how to raise creativity, critical thinking, autonomy so that creatives can switch, change and grow, but teachers must be able to grow and change with their students.
A serious work on the conference continued throughout the day, the school leaders listened to many interesting and encouraging lectures, but on 30 August everyone would gather AT Maltas in a special boarding school on sports festivals organised by a teacher trade union to achieve positive energy for the new school year.
