The Central School of Rezne celebrated the 110-year anniversary
Rezne's primary school had celebrated a significant anniversary. On April 14, former students, teachers and technicians gathered at their school to celebrate their 110 th anniversary.
The school has historically changed in its name and content. It was originally Rēzekne District 1 TP30T, then Rozenmuiža parish Stoļerovas school, Stoļerovas grade I primary school, Stoļerovas six-class primary school. Since 1934, the school is the name of the historic Rēzna primary school. In the pre-war and post-war years, the name changes with the number of classes: in the 7 th-year-old, 8-year-old, but with the restoration of Latvia's free state, since 1992, the Central School of Rezne. The school always had a mission to bring children to elementary education not only from their parish, but also from the neighborhood. Historically, mainly from the parish of Rēznas. It is also united today when students from Rēzekne, Stoļerovas, Čornajas, Griškānu parish, Ludza municipality, Nuksu parish, and from the city of Rezekne are trained in our school in 2018. At the moment, 90 students are studying at school. Since 2014, a pre-school educational institution has been added to the school, and we have remained bigger at the end of our school “small”. This year, 23 pre-school students learn the wisdom of their first life.
At any time, the school can only exist if it contains its core – pupils. The school ahead through all the challenges and challenges of time is driven by its propulsion power - teachers. The daily often ungrateful school maintenance work is carried out by its technicians. On that night, once again, there was a chance to say “thank you!” for their contribution to the growth of each child. The school has become a bridge of life and work for a number of teachers who have ever graduated from this school and returned to it as teachers. These are six teachers who have been teaching the next generation of pupils for many years.
With inseparable threads, we have been woven into the common school and the history of Latvia. Together, the most patriotic members of their school and the members of the existing family had gathered together, those who found strength in their land - Latvia. Unfortunately, the circumstances and the open opportunities for many graduates in Rēzne's primary school have been called off and coming abroad. We believe that not physically, our graduates were with us at least in our hearts and waiting for the news of our common event.
The festival began with the celebration of the school's flag and the singing of a common school anthem, the villages with their performances was welcomed by the Rēzna primary school People's dance collective, Rēzna '“small and big dancers (teacher Sylvia Pranch), folklore pools“ Uobuleians ”(teacher Inga Katkovska), the dramatic group“ actor ”(teacher Irene Batare), voxal ensemble singers (teacher Ilona Butkāne). In the course of the concert, it was possible to enjoy the singing of the old schoolgirl, now the musician Lindas Laduses. The sense of belonging to his school was confirmed by all the teacher's song at the end of the event.
It is both pleasant to remember and return to it after a couple of or several decades. Each of us has a story about school times, a teacher or a classmates, about his works and his unworks. It is a return to childhood, nostalgia for youth. Something else would be important: whether it would be a good time to spend a school hour, not to miss the first hour, to feed students with delicious lunch, to build a new school, to meet a friend from another class at a time, to get basic education...
With flowers and good words, the former teachers were honoured for their contribution to the education of several generations, and the teacher who had left the sun was mentioned in silence.
Special attention and gratitude for all generations and employees were devoted to the long-standing Director of the Rēzen primary school, Anton Gribust, without which the active activities would not be the construction of the new school during the 70-80 s of the last century.
With the wishes, “a lot of white days in the school anniversary were performed BY Stoļerovas and purebred parish council representatives, representatives of the Rēzekne municipality's educational administration, SIA“ Baibiņš '”, former teachers, graduates, national manager Leopolis Zunda, whose contribution was invaluable to the construction of the new school building.
In such festival times we come to search for the thread that dreams us in a single but invisible fabric, belonging to our own school, to our Rēzen's primary school!
One graduate has said about his school: 'This school is like a hive. There will be strong bees of work from the candle, which will work and bring the fame to his strom!' ”. Tonight, this hive was full.
On the other hand, the famous fantastic Herbert Wells said, “We each have a time machine.” The memories are dragging us back, and the dreams' '. In the course of the refresher evening, the memory corridors were once more, and the former classmates were with their teachers. But in the dream and the day-to-day life, we'll keep the idea that this place, which brings us to life, will not grow into nettle and daddy that, after ten and more years, we'll be able to gather together again to celebrate the next anniversaries of Rēzne's primary school!
“Hello, school!” A lot of happiness on your birthday! '
