A journalist and writer Aija Zuja visited THE library for the library week, which ran from 21-27 April. The native home Aija Zuja is the municipality of Rēzekne Mākoņkalna parish Bondaros. The first school is Zosna's primary school. She has been studying AT Maltas in high school, so we, the Maltese, call him a counselor, and we wanted to meet him in a face-to-face. Aija Zuja has completed the faculty of physics and mathematics of Daugavpils pedagogical university. She worked for a long time at school, but she had turned to literature since 1999. In one of the published interviews, Aija is named Mākoņkalna. That might be because her native places in THE vicinity OF Mākoņkalna and Razna lake are really related to many historical events.

The first publications have been in the newspaper Rēzeknes. “Rural newspapers” have come up with adventure genre novels. “Fill your dreams” (2002) and “star-caps” (2003), “Sischer march” (2005), “Show” (2006). Later, there are other works. The introduction to each romance contains some grain of her thoughts that expresses her thoughts and her own thoughts.
In the introduction to the novel “fill your dreams”, Aija has expressed her thoughts in the following quote: “life without dreams is like life without sun”. It is undeniable that this novel is about dreams and their fulfillment.
The introduction to the “star of the star” is a quote – “the same light and darkness.” “Choose!” Light and darkness, good and evil, eternal opposing and struggle. It seems that the choice of these philosophical questions is very difficult and the question is to be resolved only in the novel.
The introduction to the “marshals” of the novels is the words of the autopsy – “there is no accident in life, everything is happening legally”. Another example: “… life can be compared with looking at a caleidoscope.” Coloured glasses - events at time - make up a wide variety of mosaics …. Everything depends on how we look and what we want to see. '
In the introduction to the “show” of the novel, “I can't buy a friendship or love.” If it succeeds, the gain is not real '. It is true that it is a value of money. It comes to the conclusion that it is easy to come, it is easy to go. What is the main thing in our Materialized World? Don't lose humanity?
As I looked at Aija Zuja's books, we discussed both literature and human views on life. We learned how the writing was going and what was new in journalism. It seems also interesting for young people, as many questions have been asked in the course of the event and answers have been received. The most active from the autopsy received prizes.
Thank the counselor Aija Zui for visiting Maltā and meeting with your readers and partners, because we, cultural workers, often become journalists and writers when doing their work. The participants in the event thank you for their responsiveness and participation, especially for the 1 st secondary school students, under the guidance of the teacher Inese Greiža.
