Traders are invited to apply for participation in aviation day!

The municipality of Rezekne invites businessmen, craftsmen and domestic producers to submit their participation in aviation on August 4, which will take place on August 9 at the “Rezekne”, Audriņu parish. Such a measure will take place for the first time.
Various activities, including inspection and demonstration of aeroplanes, will take place throughout the day, from 10.00 to 19.00 p.m. The entrance to the event is paid to visitors (2 EUR; family ticket - 5 EUR; pupils, students, pensioners - 1 EUR; children under 7 years of age, 1 st and 2 nd groups disabled).
Conditions of participation for traders:
- they must be equipped with their own trading venue;
- provide electricity generators themselves;
- food traders must be registered in the food and veterinary service.
Membership fee:
- for craftsmen and domestic producers, where they sell their products, free;
- EUR 5,69 per place for undertakings;
- for catering establishments providing food at tables, EUR 7,11, in addition to the submission of the food for harmonisation;
- alcohol trade (only alcoholic beverages with an absolute alcohol content of up to 15% volume of trade, i.e. beer and cider, and cocktails only in industrial packagings) – 14,23 EUR.
Interested parties wishing to sell their products on the day of aviation shall be required to submit to the municipality of Rezekne until 4 August 2014 (at the release alley 95A, Rezekne, 3 rd floor, 33 rd office), submitting:
- the application form,
- a document certifying economic activity (a copy of the registration certificate of the undertaking, a copy of the individual merchant's certificate or a copy of the registration certificate of the performer of economic activity); and
- a check or bank statement regarding payment of the membership fee. Payment can be made after the application questionnaire has been submitted by contacting the contact.
- a natural person who has not registered his economic activity must submit a certificate.
The form of the application and the certificate shall be available in the documents annexed hereto. All necessary documents may be submitted in person, by mail or by electronic means, by e-mail: novadadienas@rezeknesnovads.lv.
