Tourist Day – Sakstagala J. KCo at Basic School
Despite the weather, on 17 May, at 10.00 started a tourist day. Enjoy the team spirit, collaborate in sporting activities, and show their ability to attend teams from Tiskad High School, Rēzekne District School, Verham Primary School, Viļānu High Schools and Sakstagala Jānis KCo. In total, Sakstagala J. KCo's primary school gathered more than a hundred participants. The competition was held both individually and in teams composed of 3 boys and 3 girls. In the course of the competition, each of them had to compete individually. In the combined obstacle route, teams had to deal with the lifting of the tent, the management of the swamp, the burning of the fire and the burn of the rope, the knocking of the knots, and the handling of other obstacles – the sliding beneath the ropes, the treasure, the injured carry-over. In the course of the whole day, the pupils were not only struggling but also actively resting, playing ball and cepa sausages in the fire.
