VACANCY: 1 TP28T parish-time travel centre manager

Rēzekne municipality council Mākoņkalna parish administration until 24 February at noon 14:00 awaiting applications for vacancy FOR the office of the head of the parish-time travel centre of Mākoņkalna. Applicants must submit a letter of motivation, completed Application Questionnairecopies of documents certifying education (the original must be accompanied by an interview), copies of documents certifying further education).

Envelope marked “invitation to tender for THE post of leisure centre OF Mākoņkalna parish” by 24 February at 14:00 we are invited to submit personally Mākoņkalna parish administration nodes, school street 3, Lipuški, Mākoņkalna parish, Rezekne municipality.

Requirements for applicants:

• Higher education;
• Understanding of youth and citizens, in accordance with national and local government priorities;
• Good communication skills and analytical capabilities;
• A high sense of responsibility and precision;
• The ability to assess what educational, informative and leisure activities are needed for young people/citizens, as well as planning their content, choosing form and methods;
• Excellent knowledge of the official language and good Russian language;
• Skills to provide reasoned proposals and develop a plan for the implementation of work activities;
• Skills to create the environment and opportunities for young people/citizens for a diverse leisure time;
• The ability to engage in information exchange and to develop cooperation with other youth and leisure centres.

The invitation to tender shall be organised in one round consisting of two parts: in the first subparagraph, the Commission shall assess the applicants' applications and the documents submitted which comply with the requirements laid down in the rules and shall carry out an interview in the second part.
