Valsts svētku priekšvakarā tiks pasniegti Atzinības raksti
In the municipality of Rezekne, the Latvian Republic has become a tradition of proclamation of the Republic of Latvia with the highest award – the recognition article – to congratulate the most powerful, active, professional, creative and honest people. This year, the honourable award will be awarded to 43 municipalities – teachers, cultural and social workers, entrepreneurs, parish councils and local government administration employees, as well as other self-proclaimed people who have made significant contributions to the development of their parish, Rezekne municipality and all Latvia with their work.
Līdz novembra sākumam Apbalvošanas komisija kopumā bija saņēmusi 58 pieteikumus, ko iesniedza pagastu pārvaldes, pašvaldības iestādes, deputāti un iedzīvotāju konsultatīvajās padomes. Ik gadu apbalvojums tiek piešķirts 40 iedzīvotājiem, taču, tā kā šogad bija pieteikts negaidīti daudz pretendentu, Rēzeknes novada pašvaldība atrada iespēju papildus piešķirt vēl trīs apbalvojumus.
43 Atzinības raksti kopā ar dāvanu – Latvijas Bankas izdoto “Gadskārtu monētu” – tiks pasniegti svinīgajā pasākumā 17. novembrī pulksten 15.00 Maltas vidusskolas daudzfunkcionālajā zālē, kas tikai pirms nepilna gada piedzīvoja atklāšanu.
Pēc Atzinības rakstu pasniegšanas ar muzikāliem priekšnesumiem klātesošos sveiks koris “Ezerzeme”, tautiskās mūzikas grupa “Rūnas” un populārā dziedātāja, skanīgās balss īpašniece Samanta Tīna.
Jāatzīmē, ka Latvijas proklamēšanas 98. gadadienai veltīti pasākumi – koncerti, gājieni, svecīšu nolikšana un kopīga cienāšanās ar svētku torti – 18. novembrī notiks visos 25 novada pagastos. Pasākumu programmu skatīt HERE.
