Mākoņkalns, also known as the Padebešu mountain, is located near Lake Rāzna (249 m v.j.l.). In 1252, the Livonian Order built one of the first fortifications in Latgale, the Volkenberg Palace. Until today, only the large fragments of the wall wall have been preserved. A wonderful view of Rāzna and the little Ubagova lake opens from the hill. There is a staircase on the top of the mountain.
