Mākoņkalns, also known as the Padebea mountain, is located near Lake Razna (249 m v.j.l.). In 1252, the Livonian Order built one of the first fortifications in Latgale, the Volkenberg Palace. Until today, only the large fragments of the wall wall have been preserved. A wonderful view of Razna and the little Ubagov lake opens from the hill. There is a staircase on the top of the mountain.
