Green manor (Zaļmuiža)

A Zaļmuiža with his legendary past. At the beginning of the 19th century, one of the most prominent of Latgale, poet, peasant rights defender Pīters Miglinīks (1850 – 1883) worked as a writer. In 1784, it belonged to Fridriham fon Korfam, then in 1795 Zaļmuiža was bought by the Russian Army officer Nikolajs Paulins fon Rozenšilds, whose grandson was a civil advisor to the Russian Senate.
