Homemade ice cream “Soltais gardums”

Why ice cream? Because who doesn’t love it! Why ice cream? Because who doesn’t love it! The story of “SoltAis” began with a determination to lead a healthier life. Karīna Adijāne, the creator of “SoltAis,” produces wholesome treats using milk, cream, eggs, and other produce from her own organic farm; she encourages everyone to check the ingredient lists of store-bought ice cream—you won’t find those kinds of ingredients in “SoltAis” products!

The motto of "SoltAis" is "Transforming taste into a WONDER," a phrase that perfectly captures the essence of their artisanal products—creamy ice cream with bold flavors. Varieties include "Chocolate Velvet," "Home-style Rhubarb," "Hemp & Vanilla," "Lemon Breeze," "Nettle Magic," and the "Soltais Mango" sorbet. The ice cream is available in jars of various sizes, while at festivals and markets, it can also be enjoyed on the spot or in cocktails. A unique treat is the ice cream sandwich. Some flavors were created in collaboration with other entrepreneurs from the Rēzekne region; for instance, "Nettle Magic" would not exist without the nettle powder supplied by SIA "Safīra L." Additionally, a true taste of Latvia—bread ice cream with cranberries—was developed together with another local producer from the Lendži area, "Zelta Rika" (run by artisan Ingūna Šulberga).

"Soltais gardums" ice cream - my pride - real homemade ice cream made with love, where natural raw materials (milk, sweet cream, fruits, berries, vegetables) from our organic farm and medicinal plants growing in the area are used for its preparation.

We offer narration, ice cream tasting (choice of four types), purchase.

The maximum number of a group of visitors is 10 people.

The fee is EUR 10.00/person, but the minimum visit price is EUR 30.00

Children from 7 to 16 years 5.00 euros/person.

Children up to 6 years free

We are open from May to September inclusive.
