“Liepkalns” Farm

Liepkalns Farm offers various types of organic cereals grown, processed and pre-packed on the farm. Since 2019, due to the support of various projects, the farm started the processing of food products: green buckwheat; buckwheat, peas, full grain chocolate pasta; green buckwheat and peas flour; full wheat and rye flour. The farm offers culinary workshops, BIO grain product tasting and acquisition opportunities for groups from 10 people and more:
- Story of experience about BIO grain cultivation, creation of new products, presentation of BIO products with tasting. Excursion fee - 5 euros/person
- Culinary workshops and tastings/lunch: buckwheat and pea pancakes, buckwheat waffles, buckwheat milk, green buckwheat pasta, etc. Excursion fee - from 8 euros/pers
Excursions are available during the season between May and September.
