Lease of land lease rights Maltā

The unbuilt land unit intended for completion of land reform with cadastre designations 7870 001 0121, 7870 001 0124 Maltas parish lease is auctioned.
The rules of the auction can be found on the Internet www.rezeknesnovads.lv in Latvia, and the municipality of Rezekne is located in the unit “Maltas parish administration” of THE local government institution “Maltas parish” (on the street of Freedom 6, Malta, Maltas parish, Rezekne municipality), at the time of the work of the council (working days from plkst.) 8.00-12.00 and 12.30-16.30).
Type of auction: an oral auction with an upward step.
The auction will be held in the premises of the “Maltas parish administration” unit of the municipality of Rezekne. Date of auction, time of auction – see auctioning rule Annex 1.
