On 19 March, the entrepreneurs of Rezekne municipality will be awarded
For the fifth year, the municipality of Rezekne organizes the competition “Rēzekne District Company”. As usual, the best honor will take place in Joseph's Day, March 19. 15.00 Latgale Embassy Gore. In the celebration event guests with Latgale heart songs will be pleased by the group's “white bears”, “galaxies”, brothers Puncuļi and other musicians.
The “Rezekne Municipality” competition is one of the business support measures implemented by the municipality of Rezekne to promote the development of the business environment, employment, attractiveness and public activity. The winners of the competition will receive a special prize on 19 March – a design object that reflects the light and also the complex road to success. Award was created by the artist Norbert Kudins, an artist of the University of Rēzekne's art and design secondary school graduate Alexander Rezvova.
In order to determine the best, in the autumn of last year, the Commission visited 26 bidders, assessing business activities, attracting investments, creating new jobs, quality of products or services produced, originality, environmental protection and other aspects. The Commission's work on the evaluation of the competition was chaired by THE Chairman OF the Standing Committee on Development, Planning, Economy, Environment and Infrastructure of the municipality of Rezekne Kaspars Melnis. The Commission also operates the project manager Inga Zapāne, a representative of the consultative council of entrepreneurs and the owner OF THE ZS “Tiptops”, the titula “annual company – the winner OF THE VIP 2014” Jānis Kuzminskis, the representative of Rezekne High School Iveta Mietule, THE head of the Čornajas parish administration Oļegs Kvitkovskis and the head of THE Sakstagala parish council “Kantinieku parish administration” Maria Vasilieva.
