Implementation period: Operations shall not commence earlier than 1 January 2019 or later than 31 March 2019; the operations must be completed by 31 December 2020. The minimum duration of projects is 6 months.
Exchange and mobility in sport
The general objective of this activity is to provide the employees of sports organisations (persons in the field of athletes or support team) with the opportunity to improve their competences and qualifications and to acquire new skills by participating in learning mobility activities abroad (WITHIN THE EU and outside THE EU). Learning mobility should be seen as a contribution to human capital and contribution to the capacity building of various sports organisations.
In this context, learning mobility opportunities should be targeted at:

  •  trainers and other “employees” of sports organisations (including volunteers) associated with professional sport;
  •  trainers and other “employees” of sports organisations (including volunteers) associated with people's sport;
