Calls for a seminar on “local food in gastronomic tourism”

2 June at 10:00 Za seminar on local food products in gastronomic tourism will be held at the conference hall in Balvi, Vidzeme Street 2b.
Seminar topics:
1. Concept, nature, significance of local food and gastronomic tourism
2. Local or local food trends in the world and Europe.
3. The supply of local food products in Latgale.
4. Place and facilities of the food manufacturer in the market (tourism; weekly markets; guest houses and headquarters; “clubs”; culinary travel; catering etc.)
