Calls for an adventure competition “Lubana adventure 2018”

Are you ready for your spring sporting adventure?
They can see runners and cyclists who have longed for the new, sporting season. As athletes are planning their schedule very early, we are delighted to announce that we have begun to sign up for our spring-intense event - adventure competitions “Lubana adventure 2018”!
The competition will begin on 3 June at 09.30 in the water centre “lighthouse” at Luban Lake itself (GPS: X: 679850, Y: 6297250, Lat: 56.7843702, Lon: 26.9441132). We have planned a powerful route that will have to take 30 km with a bicycle, 20 km with boats and 7 km running! It will be a gambling challenge for everyone, but we are calling for no route from the route, because we have created the adventure so that anyone who wants the blood to circulate faster would be able to win this adventure!
Teams participate in teams, teams of team teams - men, ladies and mixed.
In order to start adventure competitions, an electronic participant questionnaire must be completed by 27 May 2018 - https://ej.uz/lubana_piedzivojums_2018. After receiving a questionnaire, the organisers of the event will contact you on the use of the inventory on the day of the competition.
Participation in competitions is free, thank you very much to the Latvian Environment Protection Fund.
If anyone else has doubts about the participation, the 2017 “Luban adventure” competition will help to make a choice.

The event “Lubans Latvia then and now” within the framework of the project with the financial support of the Latvian Environment Protection Fund, which is implemented by the association “at the landings” from the Madona municipality, together with the project partners – the association “Aborians” from the municipality of Luban and “Lubana Vilnis” from the municipality of Rezekne. The project aims at identifying and highlighting the value of Lake Luban as a natural and cultural heritage by organising and building activities based on public awareness, education and sports activities.
