Calls for training on “knowledge angels”

In February and March 2015, the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development calls for the participation of a “knowledge angel” training programme seminar on the promotion of entrepreneurship that will take place in Latgale and Kurzeme region with the support of the Norwegian Financial Instrument. The training programme will include lectures, good practice, creative thinking techniques, simulation game, practical work teams, team job presentations and discussions. As Edgars Rinkēvičs informed, the senior expert of the Regional Economic Division of the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Regional Development, seminars are held in Ludza, Rēzekne, Liepaja, Kuldīga and Talsi. After visiting seminars, their participants will be able to provide independent advice on the basic principles of the creation and development of competitive entrepreneurship, new forms of business models for commercialisation, risk management in business, creative thinking methods for development of business ideas, investment attraction and innovation support instruments etc. The seminar invites non-governmental organisations in the region and vocational training institutions (faculty and senior students) who have an interest in business ageing and development planning. Apply for seminars can be found in: 4 February and 4 March – Ludza 5 February and 5 March – in the municipality of Rezekne, in the alley OF Liberation, 95A. The duration of the seminars is two days.
