Invitation to apply for trade on the day of the Rēzekne municipality

By July 8, the municipality of Rezekne invites entrepreneurs, craftsmen, domestic producers to sign up for their production on the day of Rezekne District, which will be held on July 18 th. 12.00-05.00 in the territory of Anchupan Kartodroma IN THE parish OF Vērēmu. Estimated number of visitors ~ 6 000.
Conditions of participation and membership fee:
• Rēzekne and other lead craftsmen and domestic producers, if they sell their products - participation free of charge;
• for enterprises – EUR 7.11, per place three metres wide, for each next metre - 2.85 EURO;
• catering companies – EUR 21,34, in addition to the submission of the food for harmonisation;
• alcohol trade (only the trade in low-alcoholic beverages) – EUR 21,34;
charge per power supply:
• provision of lighting in the dark hours of the day – 7.00 EUR;
• for the connection of electrical appliances – 7.00 EUR per unit up to 3 kW;
• catering companies who prepare food products during the event, connection of electrical devices over 3 kW with connection 380V (separately information regarding the number of devices) and provision of lighting in the dark time of the day – 28.50 EURO.
• they must be equipped with their own trading venue;
• establishments in which food products are placed in the market must be registered in the food veterinary service.
Interested parties wishing to sell their products on the day of Rezekne Municipality shall be required to apply to the municipality of Rezekne until 8 July 2015, submitting a copy of the application form, a copy of the document certifying the registration of economic activity (only for companies established abroad). A natural person who has not registered his or her economic activity shall submit a certificate. The form of the application and certification is available on the website of the municipality of Rezekne www.rezeknesnovads.lv, under the “submission form” section. The application questionnaire in the local government may be submitted in person (in the alley OF release 95A, Rezekne, 3 rd floor, 34 th office, tel. No. 64607195), by mail (release alley 95A, Rezekne, LV-4601) or electronically (novadadienas@rezeknesnovads.lv).

The membership fee should be paid by traders until 10 July 2015. The marketing authorisations and auto passes for the day of the Rezekne municipality will be issued only after payment by presenting or sending to e-mail: a novadadienas@rezeknesnovads.lv scanned, a bank approved document, or a check on the payment of the service.
The municipality of Rezekne reserves the right to refuse participation in the event of non-compliance with any of the criteria laid down, or because the number of trading venues is limited.
The municipality of Rezekne reserves the right to determine the placement of economic operators.
