Invitation to the teachers of the Rezekne municipality and the teaching students of the University of Rezekne

The word “talent” is used as itself as a concept in the broadest sense. This is often marked by increased ability for any activity or the ability to repeat well. However, the economy and culture are developing not only with some repetition, but with new discovery, invention. If we select and support only good repetitions or rely on the emergence of accidental genius, it will not be possible to address the growing challenges of humanity.

THE theory of H. Altshullera's Задач Решения Изобретательских and the theoretical thinking theory based on that science, studying more than 10,000 brilliant inventions, opened 18 thinking procedures. They are not separate ways but form a defined thinking system. The practical application of these procedures may result in high-level discoveries and inventions and, above all, can be achieved by any normal person because thinking is a social phenomenon. In talented thinking theory, the term “talent” is precisely defined. It is the ability to change the prerequisites that are sufficiently different from previous and open new opportunities for humanity.

The municipality of Rezekne, in cooperation with the foundation “Foundation ASNI”, intends to run a cycle for teachers and pupils 1 month from October to April. The purpose of these activities is to prepare teachers how TO use a TRIZ methodology for the development of talented thinking properties.

We all need to ensure that all children have the opportunity to succeed and grow as personalities, whose creativity is not suppressed, who dare to ask, experiment, make mistakes and find a solution that is aware that solutions can be found on different paths, can cooperate, self-orientate, logically think and understand the causes and consequences of things, create their own story and act responsibly.

By 18 September, we are invited to refer to teachers and pedagogical students of the Rēzekne municipality from the University of Rezekne, who want to meet the talented thinking terrorists and learn the foundations of THE TRIZ so that new approaches can enrich their range of knowledge and experience.
