Invite all stakeholders to a lesson – “Building a relationship – key to successful business”
The contact points of the municipality of Rezekne are organized by the “development of relations – key to successful entrepreneurship”, to which all stakeholders are invited. The event will take place on 12 March from 9.30 - 11.00, Rezekne municipality in the local hall of the municipality.
This workshop will look at the most successful business-making models in business and their impact on the result. The lector will introduce a social technologist-based relationship model Cross, which is successfully used by both big companies and Start-up companies. They will be taught to use them in various daily business situations. In analysing practical examples of Latvian and foreign companies, the most common relationship-making errors, their impact on enterprise and possible scenarios to address the situation will be considered.
The lesson will be directed by Andris Arhomkins - social technologist, teacher and associate trainer with extensive international experience in building relationships, career education and entrepreneurship. As an expert on intercountry relations, Andris has worked in diplomatic service for more than fifteen years, leading education and transnational relations programmes both in the Baltic States and IN THE US and elsewhere in Europe. As the first international relations specialist from the Baltic States, he was nominated in 2009 for peacekeeping missions in the Middle East and has received international recognition and awards for his achievements.
Since 2014, Andris has worked as a coach and consultant, producing various educational programmes, training and training seminars on relations, career development and entrepreneurship. He is the author of the youth career development programme Start strong. This programme has helped to launch a career in over 20 000 young people from the Baltic States, Russia and Belarus over the course of six years.
