Rēzekne municipality counsellors are invited to the event “Sportland first steps in basketball”

Project for pre-grades organised by the Latvian Basketball Union for the 8 th year! This year, this pre-grading project has a new concept and will host Maltā on 17 January.
In January and February, nine “first steps in basketball” stages – stubble, Maltā, Bauska, Talsi, Saldou, Cēsis, Sigulda, Riga. The final will take place in Riga.
The event programme includes warm-up exercises and 10 relay with basketball teams, which are led by basketball coach, Olybet Latvian Basketball League, Latvian women's basketball League basketball player and sports school basketball program students.
Up to ten Classes 1 may be present at each stage. An entire class can participate in a semi-final team. A 12-person team with 6 boys and 6 girls must be created for the final class.
