“Freestyle Spring 2015” festival “Freestyle Spring 2015” has passed.

On May 30, a street dance festival “Freestyle Spring 2015” was held at Maltas. Throughout the day, there was a chance to participate in the bread dance and Graffiti masters. The participants were represented in various youth age groups from 9 to 30 years. With great interest, young people watched the masters of the dance teacher Kaspara (England). Inspired by the masters, the young people printed both T-shirts and sketched various Graffiti drawings with the Rēzekne municipality logo.
The viewers had the opportunity to participate in various competitions and win gift cards from the Auscara kebabs, as well as observe professional dancers on stage. On the dance floor there was an intense dance fight between the various cities of Latvia. The participants had traveled from Riga, Cēsis, Valmiera, Daugavpils, Jçkabpils and Rezekne. The rhythms of street dances filled the mats throughout the day because the dance struggles were intense and impressive. Each member showed his best performance in street dance styles. The coming Rēzekne municipality and children experienced positive emotions during the festival and discovered a sunny summer holiday!
