Up-to-date producers of organic production!

Until 1 September, a submission may be submitted to assess the conformity of his or her undertaking to the State SIA “certification and testing centre” or to the association “environmental quality” in Cabinet Regulation No. 1524 from 17.12.2013. “State aid rules” 6. Chapter 6.2 of the Chapter “Support for participation in food quality schemes”, Chapter 6.2: Aid for participation in the organic farming scheme 220.1, as producers of organic agricultural primary products who have supplied products to organic agricultural processing or processing undertakings or marketed pre-packed and labelled organic products and revenue for marketed production in the implementation of the organic farming scheme, shall exceed the aid amount of eur 210 from 1 September 2013 to 31 August 2014. The submission shall be accompanied by a copy of the documents and the documents confirming the payments.
By 1 October of the current year, the State SIA “certification and testing centre” or the association “environmental quality” shall prepare and submit to the rural support service a list of establishments which comply with those requirements. In contrast, biologically producing undertakings assessed and included in the list must submit an application for aid to the rural support service for the period from 1 October to 1 November.
