On December 21, Mr Iveta Gaile, Director of the Primary School of Verham, was approved at the municipality of Rēzekne. Iveta Gaile was selected among six applicants, her seniority in educational institutions is more than 20 years, both as a teacher and as a head of international youth cooperation projects. Im is a primary school teacher education (Liepāja pedagogical institute), master degree in pedagogy and social sciences in psychology.
In the story of his school development vision, Iveta Gaile says: “Primary school is a modern, creative, competitive and recognisable school that collects people's traditions, promotes personal growth, provides a high-quality learning process and gives everyone the opportunity to develop and develop their own abilities in a friendly, secure and dignified environment. Quality education of pupils in a positive, growth-friendly cultural environment. Without linking the student's personal assessment to academic performance, seeing the strengths and grants of each pupil, promoting the personal growth of each pupil, raising creative, dignified personality capable of achieving the objectives, taking responsibility, collaborating and developing a competitive high-quality further education and life.”
Iveta Gaile will commence work at the High School of Verham after receiving the approval of the Ministry of Education and Science. The long-term director of the Primary School of Verham, Yevgenia, would go on 15 January of the following year.
