Run a healthy lifestyle with a run in your pocket 2015!

30 August, at 14.00, Ilzeskalna parish, rural home “pocket” (5 km from the centre of the parish) will be given a start to run “in pocket 2015”. Children's run will begin half an hour earlier. 13.30. The aim of the run is to promote running as an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, to promote enthusiasm, success, strength and speed among participants, as well as to identify the fastest and most resistant long-distance travellers of the neighboring and outermost surroundings.
The distance will be created: “pocket-1” – Rogovka-Gailumi - “pocket-1”, its length is 10.2 km, the People's run and the hosts -- 5 km, for children 500 m.
Login in advance by e-mail skmagnen@inbox.lv, giving the name, surname, and year of birth, or on the day of the race to pl. 13.00 on the startup site.
1-3 rd winners will be awarded with diplomas and awards in each age group.
Membership fee: 10 km in distance and 5 km in distance - 1.00 euros, children's distance and participation of sports club members free of charge.
The competition is organised by the municipality of Rezekne in collaboration with the association “Magnen” sports club.
We invite you to be active and participate! After finishing the participants, the participants will be able to enjoy the atmosphere of convenient competitions – soup, sauna, swim and talk about and around running.
