New premises of the LEARN LEARNING Foundation opened with trade and creative entertainment
On Friday, July 10, pl .10:00, the liberation alley 95C, Rēzekne, between the municipalities of the municipality of Rezekne and the theatre-studio “Joriks”, was the opening of the Rēzekne Municipality Foundation “Rural Economy for the Rēzekne District” (LEARN) in the new premises. The festival motto was - the Greens - and the event itself was dressed in green colours, confirming that THE LEARN foundation was designed to support local entrepreneurs, including “green” and healthy food producers.
The President OF the Rēzekne District Council, Monvīds Švarcs, stressed the striking coincidence that the English language of the LEARN Abbreviation is “learning”. The foundation of the parish council itself has also shown, during the year, that it is possible to bring together creative ideas rich businessmen, rural producers, craftsmen. AS a result OF THE LEARN scholarships, 13 municipalities could be started or developed this year.
Aigars Puncuļs, head of the Rēzekne Municipality and Viļānu, HEAD of the Latvian Tourism Information Centre, Edgars Blinovs, head of THE Rēzekne District, Ozolaines parish management head Edgars Blinovs, is also the head of the State Revenue Service (SRS) Rēzekne department, Anita Samusheva, head of the Rural Support Service (LAD) Rēzekne Administration Aigars Puncuļs, Rēzekne District and Viļānu District Tourism Information Centre. The owner of the premises, SIA “Leichi” Chairman, Gunārs Clinjāns, reminded the historic chain that the premises of the Rēzekne District Executive Committee, a branch of some banks, were previously managed by these premises, so called for lessons from their good experience and errors.
The establishment OF THE LEARN in the new premises will also, to a certain extent, fulfil the functions of the tourism information point, where each interested party will have the opportunity to learn about the economic operators (craftsmen, domestic producers, tourism service providers and others) employed in the territory of the municipality, as well as the products they produce. Similarly, IN THE LEARN premises, visitors will be expected to see the eco-shop “green”, which has so far been located in the garden street 44.
The opening festival was complemented by the tradition of the “green” market, which took place in the courtyard, a large tent. The events of the event were entertained and the jestri was sanctioned BY THE “Vōrpa” set of the folklore of THE People's House OF Vērēmu.
Big and small could participate in creative workshops, including henna tattoo drawing, weaving masters. The events of the organisers of the event both disturbed weather conditions, but also the rain was green and fruitful, as if confirming THE festival of THE old consultant Dainas Butleres, “you are people who realize that there are three main words in the fate - God, nature, work!”
