Blood donor day in Rezekne

On 20 October of that year from 9.00 to 12.00 National blood donation centre (MANAGEMENT) organizes a blood donor day at the State Border Guard College, Rezekne, Zavoloko Street 8. We are invited to donate blood to donors of all blood groups.
Because of the colder time, the number of people who cannot donate blood due to different viral diseases has increased. Before donating blood, we are asked to carefully assess your health, because blood can only be donated by a healthy person. All those who feel healthy are invited to donate blood because THE blood IS not in sufficient quantities at this time.
The National Centre for Blood Donors informs that non-cash settlements with donors were launched from 1 July of that year. This means that the refund of the amount of blood and blood components lost on the day following the donation is credited to the donor bank account. We ask donors to open a bank account in time for non-cash receipt. Donors will not be able to donate blood without a bank account.
IT reminds you that people from 18 to 65 years of age can become a blood donor. Body weight must be above 50 kg. The transfer of blood is not desirable after a night shift, strained work or emotional experience.
