Supported project for the purchase of People's suits and footwear for the middle-class dance collector of the ratnieku People's House “Juris”

The Regional Agricultural Administration of the Rural Support Service has approved the project application “Purchase of the People's suits and footwear for the middle-generation dance collector“ Juris ”(No. 17 – 01 – AL15 – a019 .2202 – 000059), which was submitted to THE EAFRD Latvian Rural Development Programme 2014-2020.” Implementation of the activity in accordance with the activities of the community-led local development strategy 19.2.2. “Place potential development initiatives”.
The project competition was announced by the association “Rēzekne District Communities Partnership”.
IN THE Čornajas parish, the middle-class dance collective of the People's House began to operate in January 2017, and with his love of dance, he was able to admire not only a heart. There is no costume for the collector, but thanks to THE Kaunatas's average generation dance collectors who temporarily lent their old coats, the artist t/n dance collective was able to insist on local organized events, as well as to play at the Riga Freedom Museum, the Rēzekne District in Anchupan Valley, participated in the dance festival AT Viļānos, the May festival in Rezekne Park, participated in Latgale District festival in Daugavpils, dance at Rezekne. Currently, 23 dancers are active in the collective. In order for the collective to continue to exist and operate, it is necessary to purchase the People's Chats, as the events are assessed collectively both by professional level and by the glory of the People's outfit. As part of the project, it is intended to purchase brunchs (11 pieces), women's jackets, women's long linen shirts, grey men's trousers, woven men's jackets, white men's flax shirts, women's shoes (11 pairs), men's boots (10 pairs). This will allow the People's dance collective “Juris” to be met with people's suits, which will contribute to the collection of belonging and dance, thus diversifying THE cultural events available to the people of Čornajas and the nearby parish people and ensuring the preservation of the traditions of ethnic dance.
As a result of the project's realization, the dance collectors will have their own costumes and footwear, in which they will enjoy not only local viewers with their performance, but also participate in general Latvian song and dance festivals in Riga.
