Open competition on the novelist at Rēzekne District

The Guard and Information Centre shall open an open competition to the position of the novelist instructors of the 2 nd District Division in Rezekne District and Rezekne (1 load) for an indefinite period of time,
Principal duties:
- organise the admission of newsguard candidates to the Youth Guard and ensure the staffing of training groups in accordance with the specifics of the newsguard programme;
- planning, organising and managing the practical and theoretical activities of young guards in accordance with the requirements of regulatory enactments;
- prepare the necessary documentation on the organisation of the activities (estimates, agenda, action plans etc.) in accordance with the methodological guidance;
- to carry out an analysis of the training work of the youth guard unit, to submit proposals for improvement of the learning work;
- enter information about the unit's newsguards and training group activities in the database e-class.
Requirements for applicants/s:
- compliance with the requirements referred to in Section 72, Paragraphs five and six of the Law on the Protection of the Rights of the Child;
- higher or secondary vocational training supplemented by a 72-hour training programme in pedagogy.
