Audriņu parish administration will be managed by Einars Aleksandrs Bindemanis

Members of the Rēzekne municipality council, at the meeting of the Council of 4 September, unanimously approved THE APPOINTMENT of Audriņu parish administration as Einars Alexander Bindemani.
The new Audriņu parish manager was born in Riga, where Latgale came to live in 2009. He has worked in private business, working in social work, including two years as a social worker OF Audriņu parish, is well known FOR Audriņu residents and their lives. MR Bindemanim has two higher education in social work and computer science, he is well aware of two foreign languages, English and Russian, in part German.
E.A. Bindeman's candidacy for best was recognised by the Commission for the evaluation of the competition created by the municipality of Rezekne, which carefully assessed the rural development programmes submitted by four applicants, knowledge in several areas related to the work of the municipality of parish management, including the regulatory enactments regulating the work of the municipality, the organisation of procurement and the prevention of conflicts of interest, the implementation of projects, as well as the general knowledge of THE parish of Audriņu and the Rēzekne municipality. In its rural development programme, E.A. Bindemanis, as a priority, highlighted the development of economic infrastructure and the development of a safe living environment in rural parish, continuing the existing projects and thinking about new ones, as well as improving communication with citizens, both through the website and by restoring the issuance of parish newspapers.
As reported above, the current Audriņu parish manager Vladimir Tihomirov has decided to retire after 20 years of work IN Audriņu parish administration. Six candidates were nominated at the parish meeting: Audriņu parish social worker Einars Aleksandrs Bindemanis, Audriņu pre-school educational institution teacher Janina Chaksha, President of East Latgale State Forest Service Janis Kuzvs, Audriņu residents Pavel Savickis and Inese Ivanova, as well as Skstagaliete Anita Matisāne. Tatjana Pavlova was also raised in Audriņu, but she refused to participate in the competition. On 28 August, only four applicants, E.A. Bindemanis, P. Savickis, I. Ivanova and A. Matisane, arrived at the municipality of Rēzekne.
