Legal basis for processing personal data: Article 6(1)(a) and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation (“Orphan's Law” and Article 9(2)(c)).
Additional sources of personal data: “register of citizens” in the management management of the Ministry of Citizenship and Migration, the integrated information system of the Ministry of Interior and the register of punishments, THE NAIL system (the system of support information for minors) and the State Land Register.
Categories of personal data: persons involved in the registration of Orphan's courts.
Duration of the retention of personal data: in accordance with the storage terms specified in the Orphan's court case list (separate documents are not deleted).
Recipients of personal data: data subject on himself; authorised staff of the controller; processor only to the extent that the processor is able to provide and provide service to the controller in accordance with the mutually agreed contract; the data protection officer shall only in such a way as to enable the data protection officer to ensure the execution of the tasks in accordance with the general data protection regulation; the national controlling bodies (if they have an appropriate mandate); personal data shall not be sent to third countries or international organisations.
The rights of the data subject: the rights of the data subject shall be determined and regulated by the general data protection regulation, including, but not limited to, by requiring the controller to have access to and repair or deletion of his personal data, or the limitation of processing in respect of himself, or the right to object to the processing, and the right to data portability; withdraw consent without affecting the legality of processing based on prior consent; the right to contact the data protection specialist and submit a complaint, including the supervisory authority, to the Data Protection Officer.
Decision-making: the processing of personal data does not involve automated decision-making, including profiling.
